What is an architectural survey?

Does this service include a BIM model?
No. The service includes the preparation of architectural documentation. If the project requires it, the survey can later be used as the basis for developing a BIM model.
What happens if there are no plans for the property?
There's no problem. In fact, one of the main objectives of the survey is to generate technical documentation when it doesn't exist or is outdated.
In what formats will I receive the information?
Depending on the scope of work agreed upon, we deliver plans in PDF and DWG formats. If BIM modeling is subsequently developed, the model will be delivered in RVT format.
Do you handle projects outside the Aburrá Valley?
Yes. We evaluate each case based on the location, scope, and logistical feasibility of the project.
Do you perform topographic surveys or laser scanning?
Not as our own service. When the project requires it, we can work with information provided by the client or coordinate the service through specialized partners.
