- Support interference detection and resolution using Autodesk Navisworks.
- Maintain proper organization of the project browser, views, templates, and families.
- Comply with the levels of development (LOD) established for each project.
- Apply the BIM standards defined by KAMON & CO.
- Perform internal quality controls before each delivery.
- Address technical observations made by the BIM Coordinator or the Structural Civil Engineer.
- Meet the established schedules, ensuring accuracy and quality in the deliverables.

- Technologist or Technician in Architecture and Engineering Draftsman, Civil Constructions or related careers.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in Structural BIM Modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge of BIM methodology.
- Experience modeling structures at LOD 100, LOD 200, LOD 300 and LOD 350 levels.
- Ability to interpret structural plans and technical documentation.
- Basic knowledge of BIM coordination.
- Experience with Autodesk Navisworks (desirable).
- Organization, attention to detail and a focus on quality.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
- Modeling of residential and commercial buildings.
- Development of structural models in reinforced concrete and steel.
- BIM project configuration and organization.
- Parameterization of structural families.
- Interdisciplinary coordination between Architecture, Structures and MEP.
- Preparation of models for review and coordination processes.
- Experience applying BIM standards and modeling nomenclatures.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM Collaborate (desirable).
