Do you work on projects outside Colombia?
Yes. KAMON & CO. operates 100% remotely: models, drawings and reviews are exchanged online and meetings are held remotely. Our hours are Colombia time (GMT-5), and we schedule meetings around your time zone.
What should I send to receive a quote?
The project information you have: CAD or PDF drawings, the scope you need (disciplines, level of detail or LOD, and deliverables), the location and the expected timeline. Existing models, IFC files or point clouds help as well. With that, we prepare a scope and cost proposal.
How long does a quote take?
We reply to your inquiry in under 24 business hours. The formal quote takes 1 to 2 business weeks from the moment we receive the complete project information, depending on its scale.
How long does a BIM model take?
It depends on the area, the disciplines, the required LOD and the quality of the source information. That is why the timeline is set in each proposal, after reviewing the drawings.
Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA)?
Yes. We can sign your company’s non-disclosure agreement or propose one before receiving the project information.
